Spend a lot of time at designing my new website the past weeks and thanks to Pascal Adriaansen, who did really a great (coding) job, I finally managed to release/launch my website. It's great to have a website of my own!

My friends of the very well know free-resource webpage 365psd.com had the fantastic idea of collecting a growing set of design resources to raise money for the recovery efforts in Japan. 100% of the proceeds go to the Red Cross.

Right now, these fantastic idea had already obtained more than 4,000$ in donations; of course, this would never repair Japan from such a terrible tragedy, but it would help.

I think that it's a good way to collaborate, because in exchange of your donation you will also get a lot of graphic design resources.

I just googled around today to see where all my iPhone themes were distributed and noticed that Amphibious [link] , a theme I made in co-operation with my dear friend McLovin-Irish [link] and in the meantime has been downloaded through Cydia for more than 55.000 times, was ported to a BlackBerry theme by Lionhardt Technologies and sold by Smartphone.net (PocketGear App Store Network) for $ 2.80 (25% off till 03/15/2010) [link] , by BestBerryThemes.com for $ 3.86 [link] , by RimGear (PocketGear App Store Network) for € 2,06 [link] and by Geekzone Software Store for an amazing amount of $ 4.99 [link] .
You may know that I'm really about this is happening. We've put lots of time and effort in our work and released (as always) our work for free. Now some bastards (and they are certainly not amateurs) are selling a ported version of our work and are making money out of it. It's a bloody disgrace!!

Any suggestions/ideas how I/we can get those BASTARDS?

** UPDATE March 4, 2010 - Altough I haven't received a response at my e-mail to Lionhardt Technologies yet (would they be afraid to put anything on paper?), it seems these pirates have removed their ported version of Amphibious from all the websites I've requested. That's good to notice, but are these pirates also gonna pay us the royalty fees we missed?
